Dogs and Doghouses

Barb wanted the dog house to show on this one. I just went overboard with fill and had a blast. I did a dog bone background fill, hearts in another doghouse, paisleys in another. The dog houses all had wood quilting on the sides and some sort of roof treatment. There were shingles, corrogated tin, red tiles, etc. The dogs were all outlined and had black thread whiskers. I had way too many thread changes on this.

The dogs are just too cute! I love the 'bone' quilting.

Good to see that you are busy :)
Quilting, blogging. Great job. It shows that you are enjoying retirement!

We are about to release our new digitizing program, Art & Stitch.
If you have time have a look at www.artandstitch.com and let me know what you think about it.

Is there a chance we see eachother at MQS this year?.
Loes and I will be teaching again.

Let me know.
All the best.
Theo

My life has changed in the last couple of years - some bumps, I retired from quilting, and then I moved to Texas. I'm anxious to see what new adventures await me in the next phase of my life.
