My first IQ Custom

This is Jody's stack and whack with very busy fabric on the front and the back. Jody is a friend of mine so she was OK with being the guinea pig for this quilt. A big one at 92 x 101, we used Quilter's Dream Select cotton batting and Superior So Fine gold thread top and bobbin. The block, border and cornerstone designs are OSNA 007,8 and 9 from One SOng Needle Arts.

I took my IQ tablet to the LQS with several design pre-loaded. Jody and I scanned through the block designs. She wanted something art deco. She found the perfect block design and it came with a corner stone. We looked at several border choices and decided on one for that big 10-inch border.

These photos don't show the quilting very much but it is all I have. Jody loved the quilt.

My life has changed in the last couple of years - some bumps, I retired from quilting, and then I moved to Texas. I'm anxious to see what new adventures await me in the next phase of my life.
