Scarecrow Quilt

I'm not normally a Debbie Mumm fan. It is just to0 cute for me. But I fell in love with this harvest look with the scarecrows and pumpkins. Maybe it's those yummy fall colors. The focus fabric, with the scarecrows, will be a perfect centerpiece for a Just-Can't-Cut-It quilt. Then the owner, Martha, of the Crazy9Patch Quilt Shop helped me pick out some coordinating fabrics for a 2nd border of half-square triangles. The seed packet fabric will be a big border, 7 or 8 inches. I can't wait to get started. But first, I have to finish my batik fruit cocktail quilt; I've been working on that quilt since April.

My life has changed in the last couple of years - some bumps, I retired from quilting, and then I moved to Texas. I'm anxious to see what new adventures await me in the next phase of my life.
