Sunbonnet Sue Gets Dressed Up

This is a quilt show sample for the CraZy 9 Patch quilt shop booth at the Ramona Quilt Show. The Sues have an up to date look about them but the sweetness of a Sue is still there. These are from a panel. Martha cut the panel up and then put the Sues with a very sunny rail fence. It would be a wonderful baby or little girl's quilt. The back is a blue 30's fabric.

I quilted it with Signature white cotton thread top and bobbin; Warm and White cotton batting and used a panto that my friend Donna passwed along to me when she got her computer setup. The panto is called Fleurs (interlocking).

My life has changed in the last couple of years - some bumps, I retired from quilting, and then I moved to Texas. I'm anxious to see what new adventures await me in the next phase of my life.
