Ida's Christmas quilt

Ida is in my night class. She was at the Ramona quilt show a few weeks ago. She had a booth with some gift items like pot holders, aprons, placemats. Our longarm quilte booth was across from hers. Ida came over several times to visit. After watching me do some freemotion quilting on a charity quilt, she decided that she would bring me one of her quilts. It is a pinwheel quilt done in gresn, reds and white, mostly Christmas fabrics. I put some Christmas freemotion in the quilt. Some peppermint candy canes, Christmas bulbs and bells.

My life has changed in the last couple of years - some bumps, I retired from quilting, and then I moved to Texas. I'm anxious to see what new adventures await me in the next phase of my life.
