How many Hawaiians does it take to......



I thought that I would need 4 burly Hawaiians (very bronzed, very buff guys in surfer shorts, please) to fold up the BIG Hawaiian quilt. But I was able to handle it.

I had been warned that the heavy backing might mean that there would be no quilt definition on the back. So I was happy to see that the back looked good. And even happier that my customer, Mary, was happy with the results.

My life has changed in the last couple of years - some bumps, I retired from quilting, and then I moved to Texas. I'm anxious to see what new adventures await me in the next phase of my life.
