Several people made this Santa Fe quilt in the night class at the high school. It was very popular. I think I quilted 7 or 8 of them. Diane did this one and it is all in black, grays and turquoise. She chose the Anne Bright pattern named Southwest which should be named Kokopelli because it is covered in them.
Each pass on my IQ for this 70" wide quilt took 29 minutes set at Row Height 15" and Pattern Height 17.05. It is the most intense quilting I have done on IQ. I use King Tut thread by Superior in the colors of turquoise called De Nile #927.

MB - 29 minutes on IQ translates to about 2 hrs hand-guided. I'm going to put this panto in a separate category called "Takes too long".
