Blue - White and a Splash of Yellow

I went into the CraZy 9 Patch this week and ran into some fabric that reminded me of Delft dishes. Very blue, white and some renegade yellow thrown in there. The Bule Palace by Jonny Karwan for Clothworks is so yummy. Martha, the owner of the C9P, is not normally a "blue" person so I am not sure how this lovely collection of blues got in the front door. But I am so glad that they did. I used 3 whites and 3 blues with a yellow "fire" in this log cabin. They I added a yellow border to round it out. I will probably have to wait to quilt it but this one is mine. It is a log cabin using Eleanor Burns Log Cabin book with the Barn Raising Setting.

And yes, that is my husbands foot and the south-end of my north-facing dog in the photo.

Goodness you've been busy ! Beautiful quilts ! I'm still laying kinda low. Take care. Glenda

My life has changed in the last couple of years - some bumps, I retired from quilting, and then I moved to Texas. I'm anxious to see what new adventures await me in the next phase of my life.
